04/12/2020 Update

We cleared out the duplicate entries and at midnight the system started working through the backlog so some of you may have noticed Strava runs appearing on your maps. Unfortunately another issue meant that we hit the daily rate limit with Strava in the early hours so any runs you're still waiting on to sync or any that you run today and log on Strava will appear tomorrow instead now.

We are aware of an issue yesterday where runs seemed to take well over an hour to sync from Strava, then overnight Strava sent them across multiple times so we're assuming they had issues on their side pushing the data across to systems like ours.

We're in the process of fixing the duplicates and preventing duplicates from happening in future, however some of the other data Strava has sent over is erroneous and has caused our system to max out its daily requests to/from Strava, so whilst we're sorting things out your runs today may not get synced til tomorrow now.

We'll be contacting Strava once we've sorted the duplicates on our side to see if they can re-set the daily request limit so we can re-sync earlier, however please be patient with the delayed syncing until this is resolved.

There was an error when trying to upload manual activities for the Virtual Ultra. This should now be fixed as of 1.15pm 28/11/2020

A few people were reporting issues with making payment, or a preference to pay by debit/credit card without signing up to PayPal.

There was a way to do this, however it was buried further down the PayPal popup so we've now made this clearer on the checkout page with the addition of an extra button.

Please be assured that you will not be required to sign up for a PayPal account to use the Debit or Credit Card option - PayPal can treat this as a "guest checkout" with no account required on their side.

We believe the basket issues a small number of people were seeing should be resolved as of 5pm 04/11/2020, however please do get in touch if you are still experiencing any issues.

A few people reported an issue resetting their account password on mobile or initiating a reset on one device and confirming on another. This should be fixed as of 9am 13/11/2020, however please do get in touch if you are still experiencing any issues.
